RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

We regularily carry out need assessment of required human resource based on the functional needs, performance standards and utilization level of each function.

The phyilosophy of our performance appraisal system is based on the regular assessment of set targets at individual level. It also allocates sense of accountability and behavioral consistency in line with organizational value and culture.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

To continously develop the technical and managerial skills of our human resources, we will provide training and retraining to make our work force professionally competent, comitted and well-motivated

We are in Oromia Regional State - 70kms North-west of Addis Ababa. We provide housing which are 1 bed rooms, 2 bed rooms, 3 bed rooms and Villas for our employees and management who are hired from areas outside of out factory. Our housing comples has a wide range of social infrustructureand amenitiessuch as KG, elementary school, high shool, a health center, a shopping center, a bank, a barber shop, a swimming pool, a gym, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a tennis court, a football field and a km tracking field. We believe that these infrastructure and amenities are crucial to crerating a harmonizedcommunity. They also help in develping a sense of identity and a strong social network among employees and officials alike. workers who are hired within areas around our factory are entitled to housing allowances.
